Free Airport Transfers
Book 5 nights or more through Passport Travel and receive free round trip transfers between the resort and Montego Bay Airport (MBJ) or Kingston Airport (KIN)! Transfers are direct with no stops at other hotels.
If you would like for us to make these arrangements for you, please reply to your Passport Travel confirmation email with the following information at least 14 business days prior to arrival:
Arrival Flight-After we get your confirmation we will email you a transfer voucher that you will need to print out and present in the airport. The voucher will have details regarding what to look for at the airport.

Terms and Conditions: All kids and teens under 18 will stay free of charge as long as there is at least one adult per room. Promotion is based on arrival date. Reservations with overlapping dates qualify, discount will apply for nights within travel window. Childs age must be reported in the reservation and proof of age will be required upon check-in. MY PALACE MEMORIES
Resort Credit is available for use to purchase My Palace Memories photo packages and regular photo print products. Resort Credit is not applicable towards additional products including enlargements, photo books, albums, and more.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Unused Resort Credit is valid for up to one year and can be transferred to other Palace Resorts guests. This one year period begins two weeks after the check out date, and is valid for arrivals beginning December 24th 2013. Original Resort Credit restrictions on SPA services still apply.
Taxes: A 16% service tax will apply for all services and products bought with resort credits. This tax must be paid with cash or credit card upon check-out. Tax CANNOT be paid with resort credits. For example, if you use $1,200 resort credits, $192 tax will be due upon check-out. Percentages are subject to change based on local VAT.
All Tours, Services and Amenities purchased with Resort Credit must be purchased at full price. Resort Credit
promotion is not combinable with other credits, discounts or promotions unless specifically indicated. Resort Credit is applicable only towards the mentioned tours and only when operated by Palace Vacation Planners. All services require reservation at least 24 hours prior to desired service. No refunds will apply in the event that a guest does not arrive for a scheduled service or tour. No shows are charged at full price. Additional restrictions or exclusions may apply at the time of bookings. Tours and services are subject to availability. Services and amenities must be booked/requested upon arrival. Tours vary by destination. Not applicable towards tours provided by other operators. Resort Credit may only be used for the Ultimate Dolphin Swim Experience program and may not be
used towards other dolphin programs or with other operators.

There is no cash reimbursement if unused.??When using Resort Credit for My Palace Memories, Resort Credit Shop and other products and services of this promotion a 16% services taxes and fees will apply. Guests booking the Family Category will receive up to $1,500 Resort Credit with a 5 consecutive night stay or longer, $750 Resort Credit when staying 4 consecutive nights or $500 when staying 3 consecutive nights. Resorts where Two Bedroom Presidential Suite is available, including the Two Bedroom Suite - Golf Course at Moon Spa & Golf Club will receive up to $3,000 Resort Credit for a 5 consecutive night stay, $1,500 Resort Credit for a 4 consecutive night stay and $1,000 Resort Credit for a 3 consecutive night stay. The Four Bedroom Villa at Moon Palace will receive $6,000 RC for a 5-8 night stay; $3,000 RC for a 4-night stay; $2,000 RC for a 3-night stay. Stays of 9-11 nights will receive $8,000 RC. All other room categories are entitled to $1,500 Resort Credit, $750 Resort Credit or $500 Resort Credit based on length of stay. Stays of 9-11 nights are entitled to $2,000 Resort Credit and stays of 12 nights or more are entitled to $2,500 Resort Credit.
